retreat is nestled between the Atlantic and the island’s stunning tropical forest. Kings
Point is less than a 15-minute drive from the airport and reflects the best of what
“Nature Island” has to offer – combining breathtaking surroundings with nearby hiking,
swimming and river tubing options.
Sculpted concrete meets mid-century design in a welcoming great room that boasts 14-
foot ceilings. Foodies will love the oversized kitchen island/seating area complete with a
gas range – along with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender and more.
Located behind the award-winning Pagua Bay House resort, the home is a perfect
escape for those craving simple, soul-soothing tranquility and invigorating ocean
breezes. The rental includes an impressive ocean-facing deck, AC in both bedrooms,
large en suite bathroom with tub, an inviting leather sofa/sleeper, as well as access to
the Pagua Bay House swimming pool.

Summary: We absolutely loved Dominica and this property was a perfect home base to explore from. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Food and drinks were great at the restaurant and the pool is perfect for a relaxing day around the house. Highly recommend you do the river tube float. Just ask the staff and they’ll set it up for you. Will definitely be staying here again!
